Blues for After the Rain (Original)
This tune reveals my influences from blues and progressive rock music. Though it is a bit long, it presents several variations throughout so it’s like several songs in one. It is a “progressive-symphonic” blues inspired by two events: A night without electricity after a severe thunder storm and evacuating my family from Houston to Oklahoma during hurricane Rita.
